**Position Summary**
ISST is seeking a talented Video Editor and Graphics Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will create compelling visual content that enhances our brand, communicates our mission, and engages our audience. From video editing to designing graphics for digital media, you will play a key role in shaping the visual narrative of ISST’s projects, courses, and events.
- Capture video content for events, interviews, training sessions, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the creative team on video concepts, shot lists, and visual storytelling techniques.
- Edit high-quality video content, including promotional videos, social media content, event highlights, and educational materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create and execute visual concepts that align with ISST’s brand and values.
- Design eye-catching graphics for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop animations, transitions, and effects to enhance video projects and boost engagement.
- Maintain consistency in visual style across all video and graphic projects, ensuring brand guidelines are met.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and software to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Organize and manage video assets, project files, and archives for efficient workflow.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, and Graphics Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro) and graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to bring ideas to life through graphics and video.
- Knowledge of social media formats, digital marketing trends, and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
- A portfolio showcasing your video editing, Videography, and graphic design skills is required

**Application Process**

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
