**Job Summary**:
Assisting customers in finding the perfect furniture pieces to meet their needs, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. This position involves maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the furniture collection, assisting with customer inquiries, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience for visitors.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Customer Engagement:
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom.
- Engage with customers to understand their furniture needs, preferences, and budget.
- Provide expert product knowledge and guide customers through the selection process.
- Offer personalized solutions and recommendations to meet customer requirements.
2. Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of the showroom's furniture collections, features, and benefits.
- Stay updated on product specifications, materials, and design trends.
- Provide accurate information to customers and address any inquiries about the products.
3. Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Actively promote products to customers and upsell premium furniture items.
- Close sales transactions and achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Handle pricing negotiations and explain financing options when necessary.
4. Visual Merchandising:
- Assist in maintaining an aesthetically pleasing and organized showroom floor.
- Help with arranging furniture displays, including coordinating with the visual merchandising team.
5. Customer Service:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Provide after-sales service, including handling returns, exchanges, and warranty inquiries.
6. Documentation and Record-Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and inventory.
- Complete sales orders and paperwork accurately, ensuring all necessary documentation is properly filled out.
7. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the showroom manager and other sales team members to achieve team goals.
- Share insights and customer feedback to improve showroom operations and product offerings.
8. Product Promotion:
- Participate in product launch events, promotions, and sales campaigns.
- Effectively communicate promotional offers and discounts to customers.
9. Adherence to Policies and Procedures:
- Follow the company's policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
- Adhere to opening and closing procedures, security measures, and cash handling.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in sales or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the furniture or home decor industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Enthusiasm for furniture and interior design.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
