Tele Caller Executive

Making outbound calls to potential customers to present products or services, and to encourage them to purchase or schedule appointments
- **Handling incoming calls, resolving customer issues, and organizing customer information**:

- **Fostering relationships with existing clients and building rapport with potential clients**:

- **Engaging with existing customers to gather data on the company's products or services**:

- **Making reports and documentation based on conversations, and reporting analysis and observations to the team lead**:

- **Adhering to organizational guidelines and methodology**:

- **Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Freelance

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
