**Position Overview**:
As a **UX/UI Intern** at The Reward Store, you will play a key role in designing intuitive user flows and creating visually appealing interfaces for our platform. You will contribute to innovative reward program designs, helping to improve the user experience of our reward and loyalty platform and ultimately shape the future of rewards and loyalty. This is an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to impactful projects while working with a dynamic team.

**Position: UX/UI Intern**

**Working Days**:6-day working week

**Location**: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Work from Office)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Design Process: Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms.
- User-Centered Design: Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure our solutions meet user needs.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the product team, dev team, and stakeholders to translate requirements into user-friendly designs.
- Iterative Design: Gather feedback from users and team members to iterate on designs and improve the overall experience.
- Maintain Consistency: Contribute to the development and upkeep of our design system to ensure visual and functional consistency across all touch-points.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Design Skills: Proficiency in Figma and Miro (digital boards), familiarity with basics of Adobe tools, and a foundational understanding of UX/UI principles.
- Curiosity & Creativity: A creative mindset with a willingness to learn, take feedback constructively, and think outside the box.
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong ability to communicate ideas and collaborate effectively with the product team, dev team, and stakeholders.
- Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing your design work, including academic, personal, or professional projects.
