**Job Title**: Part-Time Telecaller - ISO Certification Consultant Service

**Job Type**: Part-Time
**Location**: Remote / Office (as per company requirements)
**Salary**: Fixed + Incentives (Performance-Based)

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain ISO certification services.
- Identify business needs and recommend suitable ISO standards.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up to convert them into customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide necessary information about the certification process.
- Schedule appointments for sales and consultation teams if required.
- Maintain call logs and prepare daily/weekly reports on lead conversions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum 10th/12th Pass.
- **Experience**: Fresher.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Good understanding of business and certification requirements.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in CRM software.
- **Language**: Proficiency in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
