We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) Technician to join our team. As a fresher, you will receive training and hands-on experience in various NDT methods used to evaluate the integrity of materials and structures without causing damage. This role is essential in ensuring quality and safety across various industries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in conducting non-destructive tests using methods such as Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Radiographic Testing (RT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and Dye Penetrant Testing (PT).
- Support senior technicians in preparing and calibrating NDT equipment.
- Document and report test results accurately and in a timely manner.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards during testing procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to testing.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills in NDT techniques.

**Requirements**:

- **Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of NDT methods and principles.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

**Other Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel and work onsite as needed.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
