**Job description**

**Application Support/Prepaid App Support**: ( 1 to 3 years of relevant experience)

**Grade**: M1

**Location**: Navi Mumbai (Belapur)

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Middleware, WebLogic, Oracle SQL/PLSQL Queries.
- Linux commands knowledge along with basic scripting knowledge
- Basic java knowledge (Analysis and troubleshooting)
- Prior knowledge of Banking IT Products and Services. Preferably in Payments domain.
- Able to extend work hours when necessary while managing critical issues.
- Coordinate for resolutions with development team and project managers for escalated issues.
- Analysis the logs and provide the actual exceptions (issues) to Development team

**Skills**:
1.Need to have sound knowledge and hands-on experience on WebLogic

2.Need to have sound knowledge and hands-on experience on SQL / PL SQL

3.Need to have sound knowledge and hands-on experience on Linux

4.Need to have sound knowledge and hands-on experience on JAVA debugging skills

5.Need to have knowledge on OHS, Load balancer and Network.

6.Need to have knowledge and experience in payment domain like card payment, CBS.
- Exp: 1 to 3 yrs
- Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days (mandatory)
