We are now hiring an Administration Assistant to support our growing operations and ensure smooth office functioning.
**Job Role: Administration Assistant**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in day-to-day office operations, documentation, and record keeping
- Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for purchases
- Support HR and accounts team in maintaining employee and vendor records
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate internal communications
- Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence for internal use
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the office environment
- Assist in onboarding new employees and coordinating basic administrative needs
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Graduate in any discipline, preferably in Business Administration or related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in administrative or office assistant roles
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office tools
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail
