**Location**:

**Responsibilities**:
Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy

Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives

Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes

Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated

Provide well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.

Complete the hiring formalities for the employees

**Recruiter Requirements**:
A bachelor's/post-graduate degree

The ability to conduct different types of interviews.

Experience with recruitment processes and databases.

The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.

Excellent communication skills.

Good interpersonal skills.

Good decision-making skills.

2+ years of experience in recruitment

Available for a 9 am to 6 pm commitment

Must have a laptop/PC with webcam and internet Connection

**Additional Information**

The recruiter team will work remotely (Work from Home)

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
