Digital Marketing Executive

Hive Space is seeking a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels, including Google Ads and social media platforms. You will work closely with our Team to ensure a cohesive and effective digital marketing strategy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to maximize campaign reach and ROI.
- Create compelling ad copy and visuals that align with brand messaging and target audience preferences.
- Manage campaign budgets, track performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency.
- Analyze campaign data and generate reports to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with the SEO Specialist to ensure a cohesive and integrated digital marketing strategy.
- Manage and engage with our social media communities, fostering brand loyalty and driving engagement.
- Assist with other digital marketing initiatives as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in paid digital advertising, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant advertising platforms.
- Experience with keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for digital marketing and staying ahead of industry trends.
