**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and case studies.
- Assess learners' progress through evaluations, quizzes, and practical exercises.
- Stay updated with the latest changes and updates in visa and passport regulations and processes.
- Offer one-on-one support and mentorship to learners, helping them overcome challenges and improve their understanding.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to continuously improve course content.

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) in Travel Visa and Passport consultation.
- Proven experience in training or teaching, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex information and convey it effectively to learners of varying levels.
- Patient, approachable, and committed to the success of learners.
- Relevant certifications in travel and tourism, visa consultancy, or a related field are a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and online teaching tools.
- Ability to provide practical insights and real-world examples to enhance learning.
