About the Role:
Health Orbit is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive customer acquisition. This role is critical in establishing and managing a high-performing team focused on cold calling and lead generation, with the ultimate goal of converting healthcare providers into trial users and paying customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and manage a team dedicated to cold calling and lead generation
- Develop and implement strategies to convert leads into trial users and paying customers
- Set and achieve sales targets, with a focus on doctor sign-ups and conversions
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve outcomes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer onboarding and retention

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales and team management, preferably in the healthcare sector
- Strong background in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or healthcare billing services
- Demonstrated success in cold calling and lead generation strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in US time zones

Pay: ₹80,601.11 - ₹100,430.65 per month
