**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare accurate and comprehensive legal documents, including mortgage, sales and all types of deeds, agreements, contracts, and correspondence.
- Should be appearing in the court matters and court proceeding whilst having knowledge of **Section 191, Section 138, all types of property cases and bank cases**.
- Review, draft, and analyse a wide range of contracts, agreements, and legal doc
- Handle the entire process of mortgage deed execution, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
- Collaborate with clients to explain the mortgage, sales and all types of deed process, answer queries, and gather necessary information.
- Maintain an organized system for tracking and archiving legal documents.
- Should have practical knowledge of **ROC Filing, Trademark Filing and Company corporate**

**Compliance** etc.
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions to coordinate mortgage-related matters, ensuring smooth communication and compliance.
- Assist clients with necessary paperwork required by banks during mortgage transactions.
- Conduct thorough property searches to verify ownership, encumbrances, lines, and other relevant information.
- Compile comprehensive search reports to provide insights for decision-making.
- Stay updated on relevant property laws, regulations, and legal precedents to provide accurate advice and assistance.
- Maintain clear and open communication with clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their mortgage transactions.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Pursue ongoing learning and professional development to enhance knowledge of property laws and mortgage-related procedures.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in law from an accredited institution.
- Strong understanding of property laws, mortgage, sales and all types of deeds, and legal procedures.
- Excellent drafting and communication skills.( English & Marathi)
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in documentation.
- Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
- Familiarity with relevant legal software and tools.

**Job Type**:
Full-time (onsite)

**Working Days**:
Monday-Saturday

**Salary**:
25000-30000 per month
