**Key Responsibilities**:
**Legal Counsel**: Offer legal advice and guidance on a wide range of legal matters pertaining to the EV industry, including contracts, compliance, intellectual property, and regulatory issues.

**Contract Management**: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents to ensure they align with the company's objectives and legal standards.

**Regulatory Compliance**: Stay updated on EV industry regulations and ensure the company's adherence to local, state, and federal laws and standards.

**Dispute Resolution**: Assist in managing legal disputes and coordinate with external counsel when required.

**Intellectual Property**: Protect and manage the company's intellectual property assets, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.

**Corporate Governance**: Support corporate governance matters such as board meetings, shareholder communications, and compliance with corporate formalities.

**Legal Research**: Conduct legal research to provide insights and recommendations on various legal issues.

**Risk Assessment**: Identify and evaluate potential legal risks and proactively work to mitigate them.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B) from a reputable institution.
- Bar admission and active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- 2-3 years of legal experience, preferably in corporate law, contract law, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Familiarity with the electric vehicle industry and environmental regulations is advantageous.

Pay: From ₹450,000.00 per year
