**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow company **social media accounts** (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Handle **Indiamart leads** - timely follow-ups, customer responses, and order conversions
- Assist in **retail customer handling** - queries, product details, quotations, and after-sales support
- Create engaging posts, stories, and promotional content for online marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with the sales & design team for marketing requirements
- Maintain basic reports of leads, customer interactions, and sales updates

**Required Skills**:

- Good communication skills (Hindi, English, Gujarati preferred)
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing
- Confidence in customer interaction (both online & offline)
- Knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets
- Previous experience in marketing, social media, or Indiamart handling will be an added advantage

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Graduate (Any field)
- Fresher / 1-2 years experience accepted

**Job Type & Timing**:

- Full-Time, On-site (Rajkot)
- Working Days: Monday - Saturday

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
