**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Development**: Achieve sales targets through retail, wholesale, and event-based customers.
- **Client Relationship**: Build and maintain strong connections with wedding planners, event organizers, and corporate clients.
- **Customer Engagement**: Assist walk-in customers, provide product knowledge, and ensure a satisfying buying experience.
- **Marketing Campaigns**: Plan and execute promotional activities for festivals, weddings, and special events.
- **Digital Marketing**: Manage social media promotions (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp campaigns) to boost visibility.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
- **Reporting**: Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and track performance.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 1-2 years of experience in **sales/marketing** (retail, FMCG, or event industry preferred).
- Strong **communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills**.
- Knowledge of **local markets in Rajkot** and surrounding areas is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, achieve targets, and handle client interactions.
- Basic understanding of **digital marketing & promotions**.
- Flexibility to work during peak seasons, festivals, and event timings.
