Job Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Overseas Education Counselor to join our team. The Overseas Education Counselor will play a crucial role in guiding students through the process of studying abroad, providing information on educational opportunities, and assisting them in making informed decisions about their academic future. This role involves effective communication, understanding of international education systems, and the ability to build positive relationships with students and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Student Guidance**:

- Guide students in selecting suitable courses and institutions based on their academic goals and preferences.
- **Admission Process**:

- **Visa Assistance**:

- Assist in preparing and reviewing visa documentation.
- **Financial Planning**:

- Provide information on tuition fees, living costs, and available financial aid options.
- Assist students in creating a budget for their education abroad.
- **University Relations**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international educational institutions.
- Stay informed about updates, changes, and admission policies of partner universities.
- **Test Preparation**:

- Advise students on standardized tests required for admission (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL) and recommend suitable test preparation resources.
- **Cultural Awareness**:

- Offer guidance on cultural adjustments, student life, and accommodation options in the destination country.
- Provide insights into the cultural and academic expectations of studying abroad.
- **Orientation Sessions**:

- Conduct orientation sessions for students, addressing key aspects of living and studying in a foreign country.
- Facilitate pre-departure briefings and workshops.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and educational partners.
- Attend educational fairs, seminars, and events to promote study abroad programs.
- **Continuous Learning**:

- Stay updated on changes in immigration policies, academic programs, and industry trends related to international education.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance counseling skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Counselling: 1 year (preferred)
