**Job Summary**:
The PGT Physics Teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in Physics to senior secondary students (Grades 11 & 12). The role involves preparing students for board exams, competitive exams, and higher studies while fostering critical thinking, problem-solving, and a passion for science.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Academic Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/IGCSE/IB, as applicable).
- Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and lab activities to enhance learning.
- Conduct practical experiments and demonstrations to reinforce theoretical concepts.
- Prepare students for board exams, Olympiads, and entrance exams like JEE/NEET.
- Assess student progress through tests, assignments, and projects.
- Provide remedial classes for students needing additional support.

**2. Classroom & Student Management**:

- Maintain a disciplined and conducive learning environment.
- Encourage inquiry-based learning and scientific reasoning.
- Address student doubts, misconceptions, and conceptual challenges.
- Promote a growth mindset and a strong work ethic among students.

**3. Lab & Practical Work**:

- Supervise and guide students during laboratory experiments.
- Ensure lab safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and resources.

**4. Student Mentorship & Guidance**:

- Provide career guidance and counseling for students interested in STEM fields.
- Mentor students for competitive exams and higher education opportunities.
- Support students in research projects, science fairs, and innovation challenges.

**5. Parent Communication & Collaboration**:

- Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress.
- Provide feedback on students' strengths and areas for improvement.
- Engage with parents in supporting student learning at home.

**6. School Activities & Professional Development**:

- Participate in school events, academic competitions, and extracurricular activities.
- Attend workshops, training sessions, and faculty meetings for continuous learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching methodologies.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chhibramau, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
