We are seeking a highly motivated **Sales Specialist** who can drive revenue growth, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to our company’s expansion in the corporate sector.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation & Prospecting**
- Identify and qualify potential corporate clients.
- Develop strategies to reach decision-makers and key stakeholders.
**Client Engagement & Sales Execution**
- Conduct client calls to understand their needs and requirements.
- Interpret client cues to provide **tailored product solutions**.
- Prepare and send **product samples, quotations, and proposals**.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to **successfully close deals**.
**Follow-Ups & Relationship Management**
- Maintain **persistent follow-ups** to convert leads into long-term clients.
- Build and nurture **strong client relationships** for repeat business.
- Address client inquiries and provide **exceptional customer service**.
**Sales Target Achievement & Reporting**
- **Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets**.
- Generate and analyze **sales reports and dashboards** to track performance.
- Provide insights and input to improve overall **sales strategy**.
**Database & CRM Management**
- Maintain an **organized database of leads and clients** for future reference.
- Effectively use **Zoho CRM** to track and manage sales activities.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
**Sales & Negotiation**: Strong persuasion and deal-closing skills.
**Cold Calling**: Ability to initiate conversations and generate interest.
**CRM Proficiency**: Experience using **Zoho CRM** or similar tools.
**Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
**Target-Oriented**: Ability to work towards and achieve sales goals.
**Problem-Solving**: Ability to analyze client needs and offer tailored solutions.
**Persistence & Follow-Up**: Strong commitment to nurturing leads and maintaining relationships.
