**Overview**:
Royal metals is seeking a motivated and results-oriented **Sales Executive** to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with a passion for client relationships, a strategic mindset, and a drive to exceed sales targets. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client partnerships, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in alignment with the company’s objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Continuously monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new trends and opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales/customer-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
