**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**:

- Develop comprehensive and engaging UI/UX training programs tailored to different experience levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced).
- Stay up-to-date on the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and methodologies to ensure curriculum reflects current industry best practices.
- Source and curate high-quality training materials, including presentations, case studies, and hands-on exercises.
- **Instructional Delivery**:

- Deliver dynamic and interactive training sessions that effectively communicate complex UI/UX design concepts.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods (e.g., lectures, discussions, workshops, demonstrations) to cater to different learning styles.
- Provide clear and concise explanations, using real-world examples to illustrate key UI/UX principles.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Develop and implement assessments to evaluate student learning and program effectiveness.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
- Continuously refine training programs based on student feedback and industry trends.
- **Relationships & Collaboration**:

- Build strong relationships with students to create a positive and supportive learning environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Proven experience developing and delivering training programs.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and methodologies (e.g., user research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage learners of all levels and backgrounds.
- Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' careers.
- Experience with popular UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).

**Bonus Points for**:

- Experience as a UI/UX design mentor or coach.
- Formal teaching qualifications.
- Experience developing and delivering online training programs.
- A portfolio of past training materials or presentations.
