**What success looks like in this role**:
**Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with **Intune**(or **Microsoft Endpoint Manager**) for Software Distribution, Patch Management, and Device Compliance.
- **Enterprise Support Processes**: Lead execution of enterprise support processes, including **Incident Management**, **Problem Management**, **Change Management**, **Service Request Management**, **Asset & Configuration Management**. 3-5 years' experience in engineering, building, and supporting a large, heterogeneous, multi-platform (Windows, mobile) environment.
- **Software Deployment & Update Management**: In-depth experience in **cloud-based software deployment**, managing updates, and configuring patch rollout policies using **Intune**and **Endpoint Configuration Profiles**.
- **Deployment Troubleshooting & Incident Resolution**: Lead the resolution of deployment failures, ensuring timely and successful software rollouts across devices. Proactively investigate deployment-related incidents and provide effective solutions.
- **Intune Concepts**: Strong knowledge of **Microsoft Intune**configuration and architecture, including:

- Device Enrollment (Azure AD Join, Autopilot)
- Compliance Policies and Configuration Profiles
- Software Deployment via Intune (Windows, iOS, Android)
- Security Updates and Patch Management via Intune
- **Integration Experience**: Hands-on experience in integrating **Autopilot**, **Azure Active Directory**, and **Intune**for **end-to-end device lifecycle management**. Familiarity with integrating **PowerShell**scripts and **graph API**for advanced deployments and automation.
- **System & Platform Expertise**: Knowledge of configuring and managing software and security patches on various platforms (Windows 10/11, iOS, Android).
- **Security & Compliance**: Ensure that all **security updates**are deployed on time and compliant with organizational policies. Implement **Conditional Access**policies to ensure security compliance across all devices.
- **Scripting and Automation**: Proficiency in **PowerShell scripting**for automating repetitive tasks, troubleshooting, and integrating custom solutions with Intune. Experience using tools like **Azure CLI**or **Microsoft Graph API**is a plus.
- **Reporting and Metrics**: Create custom **Intune reports**for device compliance, software deployment status, patching status, and asset management. Maintain and optimize reporting for license validation, software usage, and deployment schedules.
- **Service Improvement**: Ability to assess and improve existing workflows and **Service Improvements**related to device management, patch management, and software distribution using **Intune**. Regularly evaluate the latest features and improvements in **Microsoft Intune**and **Endpoint Manager**.
