**Data Entry Executive in Textile Industry**

**Location: Surat**

**Salary: 12k to 18k per month**

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Enter new and updated customer and account information into the database
- Compile and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry
- Resolve deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution
- Input alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format
- Verify entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
- Combine data from both systems when account information is incomplete
- Purge files to eliminate duplication of data
- Input new data to test customer and account system changes and upgrades
- Complete data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
- Secure information by completing data base backups
- Maintain operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes
- Keep information confidential to maintain customer confidence and protect operations
- Accomplish related results as needed to contribute to team effort

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years experience as a Data Entry Executive, preferably in the Textile industry
- Strong knowledge of Tally and Microsoft Excel
- Accuracy and efficiency in maintaining and updating customer and account database
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and data entry programs
- Ability to input alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner accurately and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize and resolve deficiencies in data
- Ability to maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to team effort

**Salary**: ₹10,100.23 - ₹18,000.00 per month
