**responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel to ensure the safety and security of the premises, assets, and personnel
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of security personnel and provide training and guidance as needed
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and prepare reports for management - Coordinate with law enforcement agencies as needed
- Investigate and resolve security-related issues
- Ensure that security equipment and systems are maintained and in good working condition
- Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as needed
- Conduct security audits and risk assessments to identify areas of vulnerability

**Salary**: ₹52,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
