- Minimum of 7 years of experience is required.
- Educational expertise in ICSE Curriculum
- B.Ed. is Mandatory
- Assist the Principal in the overall administration and academic development.
- Supervise the implementation of the ICSE curriculum and monitor teaching standards.
- Lead staff meetings on academic goals, school activities, and student welfare with coordinators.
- Maintain student discipline and promote a safe, inclusive environment.
- Oversee daily operations of the school, ensuring smooth academic and administrative functions.
- Assist in preparing the academic calendar, time-table, and scheduling events.
- Be proactive in addressing challenges and resolving conflicts.
- Lead initiatives for academic excellence and student engagement.
- Oversee and evaluate teaching staff, ensuring adherence to educational standards and school policies.
- Address student discipline issues, and promote a positive school culture.
- Aid in the implementation of school policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents.
- Resolve school-related issues by working with students, teachers, and parents.
- Lead all special events - Parent Orientation, Field Trips, Annual Day, Special Days, PTM, PTA and all competitions as per guidelines.
- Ensure all teachers are trained and use the ERP system to maintain student records, attendance, exam results,
- Be familiar with the duties for teachers as given in their handbook.
- Keep track of and be proactive about any anticipated vacancies.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
