**Job Summary**

We are looking for a passionate Marketing Officer to plan and oversee the organization’s marketing activities and campaigns. You will be the one to ensure that all marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals set by management.

**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Zeal to travel
- Regular touch with college principals, HODs and Placement officers
- Coordinating various events like Faculty Knowledge Sharing Programs and Student Development Programs
- Identifying Management Aspirants from Colleges and Coaching centres for Promoting IBS
- Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
- Conducting various BTL activities to reach Management Aspirants
- Re-enforce and maintain good relations with existing and prospective clients in order to solicit new business for the branch
- Support the Branch Manager in overseeing the department’s operations

**Qualification**
- Any Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in student counselling, development, education, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of institutional policies, procedures, and resources.
- A desire to help students in their academic journey, from enrolment to graduation.
- Ability to maintain accurate and updated records concerning student performance.

**Salary**: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
