**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Enhance website ranking and visibility through effective SEO techniques, including keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and backlink management.
- Plan and manage activities that drive lead generation and brand engagement in the IT domain.
- Maintain and optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages for SEO and user experience.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure cohesive digital branding.
- Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, algorithms, and emerging technologies to implement innovative practices.
- Recommend and adopt new tools or strategies to enhance lead generation and online reach.

** Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in marketing and lead generation within the IT industry.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, and CRM software.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Odoo Marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative, analytical, and result-oriented mindset with attention to detail.

** Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing, SEO, or Google Analytics (preferred).
- Prior experience or understanding of Odoo ERP and B2B marketing will be an advantage.
