- Experience in IT & ITES companies /SEZ units
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships
- Excellent analytical skillset
- Strong quantitative abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Maintain confidentiality
- Ability to function well in a team-oriented environment
- Advanced computer software skills, especially in excel and power point
- Professional qualification such as M Com/ MBA (after B Com) preferred
- Preferable experience in Quick Books and other ERPs

Job Responsibilities:

- Daily Accounting in QuickBooks ERP system
- Periodic review of GLs to ensure accuracy of entries and doing the reconciliations
- Share daily Debtors collection report
- Credit card transactions accounting
- Petty cash management
- Support in AP verification and processing
- Preparing the calculations and the invoices for offshore billing
- Support for Preparing MIS reports within due dates
- Bank Reconciliation of all bank accounts
- Intercompany reconciliations and invoicing
- Support in Payment processing as per the payment cycles
- Support for Payroll Processing and ensuring accurate and timely payroll entry
- Statutory payments & returns filing within due dates (especially relating to SEZ, IT TDS,
- GST, PF, ESI etc)
- Softex forms, APR, DTA procurement etc and other filings with SEZs for all locations
- Professional Tax file preparation, payment and submission
- Other Statutory compliances with various authorities including SEZ/ GST/ Technopark/
- Customs etc
- Other work assigned by Finance head/Senior Accountant
- Support US Finance work on need basis
