**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing plans that align with the company's overall business goals
- Conduct market research and analyse to identify opportunities
- Should develop and maintain dealers and sub-dealers relationship and achieve sales targets
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers
- Track and analyse marketing results to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the cement and steels industries
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**Desired Skills**:

- Experience with lead generation
- Experience in handling dealers and sub-dealers
- Experience with cement and steel industry

**Current Openings**: Karur, Namakkal, Coimbatore

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
