**_JOB DESCRIPTION_**

We are hiring customer support executive for our company on urgent basis. As a customer support executive the main goal will be the satisfaction of customers and helping out them with their queries. Good communication and convincing skills are must. Fluency in language should be there with a better understanding power and hands on MS Office with experience are preferable.

**_RESPONSIBILITIES_**
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Cold calling as well as conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.

**_REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS_**
- Fluency in hindi, gujarati and English should be there.
- Proven experience in customer support field from 6 months to 2 years.
- Can work on MS Office proficiently and over all computer knowledge is needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
