Generic

Support during production/manufacturing batches in Kilo lab and Pilot plant for projects with adherence to Quality / HSE norms and standards, also to extend the support to the department for the smooth functioning to meet with the customer’s requirements / needs, living Group’s Values and Code of Ethics.
- KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Pilot plant & Kilo Lab Operations:

- Supporting during Execution of trial and validation batches in Kilo lab and Pilot plant for new projects.
- Raw-material charging into vessels & reactors
- Raw-material movement and shifting from ware house to pilot plant vis versa.
- Maintaining good Housekeeping in pilot plant including waste material management.
- Maintenance of clean rooms under controlled temperature and Humidity.
- Updating log books and calibration of instruments.
- Batch sampling and submissions to quality control.
General:

- Identifying and reporting unsafe conditions /behaviour /unsafe action or other potentially hazardous situation with respect to Environment, Health and Safety.
- Any other activity assigned from time to time depending upon the requirement of Management.
- Carrying out activities with full compliance to training given on cGMP and HSE Guidelines.
- Doing operations as per the SOPs.
- Using appropriate personal protective equipment while carrying out operations.
- Correcting the situation / action with the permission and guidance of Executive /Assistant Manager Industrial Excellence or Head of the Department.
- Participating wholeheartedly in the Company’s initiative for multi skilling / job rotation etc.
- Note:

- In future if there is a change in the reporting relationship the reporting will be changed as per organization requirement.
- In the case of inter department or inter location transfer job description as applicable for that position shall have to be followed.
- The above mentioned Specific and General list of responsibility is illustrative and not exhaustive. In the case of any doubts or interpretation the HOD shall decide on the issue.
