**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a creative, analytical and detail-oriented **Digital Marketing Professional**to plan, implement and manage our digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. This role is key to driving online traffic, improving brand awareness, and generating leads that convert into sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility, traffic, and conversions.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Oversee SEO/SEM strategies including keyword research, backlinking and on-page optimization.
- Manage content creation and publishing on websites, blogs and social media platforms.
- Monitor website and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console and HubSpot.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to improve campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce compelling digital assets.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and algorithm changes across platforms.
- Report regularly on KPIs, ROI and campaign performance to management.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools.
- Experience with CMS and CRM tools is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
