Source suppliers for raw materials, components, and equipment needed for pump manufacturing.
- Issue purchase orders and ensure they are processed correctly.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Continuously evaluate and identify new suppliers to improve procurement efficiency and reduce costs.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with existing suppliers and vendors.
- Track supplier performance on quality, delivery times, and pricing.
- Address any issues related to delayed deliveries, damaged goods, or poor supplier performance.
- Work with the inventory team to monitor stock levels and ensure timely procurement to avoid production delays.
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure all materials are delivered on time.
- Ensure stock is maintained according to production schedules.
- Ensure that all purchased materials and components meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Work with the quality control team to address any issues regarding product quality or discrepancies with materials.
- Monitor and control procurement costs, ensuring cost-effective purchases while maintaining quality standards.
- Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and recommend improvements in procurement processes.
- Maintain records of all procurement transactions, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.
- Provide regular reports to management on procurement activities, supplier performance, and material status.
- Ensure accurate and timely updating of procurement data in the ERP system.
- Liaise with production, engineering, and quality control teams to understand material requirements and delivery timelines.
- Ensure that the necessary materials are available to support manufacturing processes and prevent production downtime.
- Address and resolve procurement-related issues such as delivery delays, quality problems, and stock shortages.
- Find solutions to mitigate any potential supply chain disruptions.

Pay: ₹9,227.53 - ₹31,673.47 per month
