**Job Summary**

We are looking Telemarketing Executives,

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power.
- Fluent in English, Hindi & Kannada
- Should be able to work with a Team
- Good at Computers.
- explain the customers - based on product offers / benefits
- promoting the products
- customer follow-up
- feedback - mails/phones ( communication channel)
- Prepare a list of calls made by the staff department wise and send the same to HOD
- Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis.
- Influences customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
- Document transactions by completing forms and record logs.
- Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

**Education**: 12th PUC pass, Degree
- Communication Skill
- Computer Skill
- problem solving Skill
- soft skill

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
