Job Title: Customer Support Associate - Voice Process (Domestic)

Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

**Salary**: Up to 11,000 INR (In-hand) + Incentives

Working Hours: 6 days a week | Rotational Shifts

Week Off: 1 Rotational Week Off

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly via phone.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive customer experience.
Work collaboratively with the team to meet performance targets.
Adhere to the rotational shift schedule and maintain flexibility.
**Requirements**:
Age limit: 18 to 35 years.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Willingness to work in a 6-day week with rotational shifts.
