**DESIGNATION**: Operations EXECUTIVE

**LOCATION**: Noida and Gurgaon

**WORKING DAY**S: MON TO FRI.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to implement promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers.
- Handle customer queries, manage order fulfilment, and resolve issues related to orders, shipping, and returns.
- Maintain real-time tracking of production and inventory levels, process and manage purchase orders, and monitor inventory turnover.
- Monitor and manage payment gateways, reconcile payments, review transaction histories, handle chargebacks, refunds, or disputes.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, backend support, inventory, and order management.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems.
- Proficiency in using payment gateways and understanding online payment processes.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to monitor and improve operational efficiencies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
