**The Role**
- Researching the latest information related to the physical, transition, and liability risks of climate change for a wide range of industries and sectors.
- Translate technical information related to climate change science, policy, regulation and legislation, into easy-to-understand, business-relevant information for clients.
- Create impactful communications materials including presentations, articles, and briefing notes.
- Help to design, develop and administer surveys, and analyze and present their results.
- Contributing to a growing pipeline of climate-related learning and engagement projects.

Contribute to project administration activities including tasks related to project setup and close-down procedures, budget and time tracking, file management, and project planning.

**The Requirements**
- A motivated, creative, independent individual with a passion for climate change issues including knowledge of physical and transition climate risk.
- Educated to degree level in a relevant field.
- Excellent research skills with a good understanding of reliable sources of information on climate change including: climate science, policy and regulation, reporting and disclosure, and legal frameworks.
- A strong technical understanding of climate change and a familiarity the different types of climate risks: Physical risk, transition risk, and liability risk.
- Qualitative and quantitative analysis skills to process survey information.
- Survey design and development experience
- Experience working in the context of climate risk, preferably in a consulting environment is an advantage.
- The ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely to a wide range of audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal communications and an ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of colleagues.
- Professionalism, enthusiasm for working as part of a team, and ability to interact with a diverse group of people.
- Respect for your fellow colleagues and a deep commitment to the mission and values of the Climate and Resilience Hub of WTW.
