**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SEO & SEM**: Conduct keyword research, implement SEO strategies, and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to enhance website visibility and drive traffic.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and grow the company’s presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter by creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analyzing performance metrics.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights to measure and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- **Lead Generation**: Implement strategies to capture and nurture leads through online channels, ensuring alignment with sales goals.
- **Budget Management**: Monitor and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques to maintain a competitive edge.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
