Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Digital Marketing Intern to join our marketing team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing while working in a fast-paced and innovative environment. As a Digital Marketing Intern at Synthetico.ai, you will collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
2. **Social Media Management**: Help manage and grow our social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.

4. **SEO Optimization**: Collaborate on SEO initiatives to improve website visibility and organic search rankings through keyword research and optimization.

5. **Data Analysis**: Assist in tracking and analyzing digital marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.

6. **Market Research**: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform marketing strategies.

7. **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure alignment in marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or recent graduate).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of data analytics and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
