**Job Title: Distributor Sales Officer (DSO)**

As a DSO, you will play a crucial role in expanding our distribution network and driving sales growth.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- **Distribution Network Expansion**:Identify and onboard new distributors and dealers within the designated territory to expand our distribution reach.
- **Sales Growth**: Achieve and exceed sales targets by working closely with distributors and providing them with the necessary support, including product knowledge and marketing materials.
- **Relationship Building**: Foster strong relationships with existing distributors and dealers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
- **Training and Support**: Provide training and product knowledge sessions to distributors and their sales teams to enhance their ability to sell our products effectively.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor distributor inventory levels and ensure optimal product availability to meet customer demand.
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including distributor performance analysis, to the management team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
- Proven experience in distributor sales, preferably in the electrical and automation industry.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
