**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Processing**:

- Review customer orders and coordinate with the production team to ensure orders are completed on time.
- Prepare dispatch schedules based on client orders and production readiness.
- **Logistics Coordination**:

- Coordinate with transportation vendors and in-house drivers for the timely delivery of wood products.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain records of dispatched goods and manage inventory of finished products.
- Conduct regular stock checks to ensure sufficient availability for dispatch.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:

- Prepare all necessary documents such as invoices, delivery notes, and transportation permits (as applicable).
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards related to wood products transportation.
- **Communication**:

- Act as the point of contact for clients regarding delivery schedules and any delays.
- Coordinate between production, quality, and logistics teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth dispatch operations.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure that all dispatched products meet the quality standards set by the company.
- Report any damaged or defective goods and take necessary actions to address issues.
- **Reporting**:

- Generate daily and weekly dispatch reports for management review.
- Keep records of delivery performance and address any discrepancies with the concerned departments.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Requirements**: Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or a similar role, preferably in the wood industry or manufacturing sector.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of logistics and dispatch operations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and dispatch management software.
- Knowledge of local transport regulations and safety standards is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
