**JOB DESCRIPTION OF ADMIN-HR**
Maintaining all the documents related to HR in Soft
1. Scan all employee related docs and Update in ERP
2. Keep records of employees Left and new joining updated as and when employee resigns or joins
3. Upload all the required letters in ERP (Appointment letter, increment letter time to time)
4. Check the sales teams DL, PUC etc. and update them for renewal or expiry.
Employees Engagement Activities
1. Finalisation of Birthday gifts (Quotes from vendors and discuss on rates)
2. Birthday and anniversary mails and gift distribution
3. Wedding / Child birth Gift cheque
4. Coordination any activity like Health Camp, Training, Holi /Diwali / Ganesh Puja event in office
Asset Management
1. Car / Laptop/ Projector/ Speakers maintenance Record
2. New Car booking and allotment to new employees
Insurance
1. Timely process the Insurance claim
2. Insurance related follow ups (For Quotes, Payment Link, Insurance copies)
3. MIS reports of Insurance Claim and the pending dues
Office Maintenance/ Other day to day work
1. Take care of any office maintenance issue and sort on time
2. Manage the petty cash for day to day expenses
3. Coordinate with reception for booking of flight tickets/ Hotel/Food order online payment etc.
4. Arrangement of Driver for Plant visit/ Pick drop of guest
Travel Expenses Management
1. Responsible for checking of travel expenses, accuracy and timely payment
Telecom Management
1. All Telecom work like portability, invoice payment, new sim issue, sim card blocking
Diwali Gifts & New Year Gifts Finalization
1. for Quotation and discuss best rates
