**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and instruct group fitness classes, ensuring a safe and enjoyable workout for all participants.
- Provide individualized fitness consultations and guidance to members based on their goals.
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and modifications for various fitness levels.
- Motivate and encourage members to achieve their fitness objectives.
- Assist with the on boarding of new members, including introducing them to equipment and basic workout routines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workout area, ensuring all equipment is in safe working order.
- Promote club services and programs, contributing to member engagement.
- Provide exceptional customer service, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment.Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in health, fitness, or recreation-related field preferred.
- Nationally recognized fitness certification (e.g., ACSM, ACE, NASM) or equivalent.
- CPR/AED certification.
- Previous experience in fitness instruction, preferably in a group fitness setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals of diverse fitness levels and backgrounds.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
