**Primary Responsibilities**:As a Personalized Real Estate Solutions Consultant at White Collar Realty, your key responsibilities include:
- Conducting thorough client consultations to understand their property requirements and preferences deeply.
- Effectively articulating the benefits and features of our services to clients.
- Proactively cultivating relationships with potential clients.
- Skillfully managing client needs and negotiating new business agreements.
- Implementing focused outreach strategies to pursue business opportunities.
- Establishing and achieving annual targets and objectives.
- Utilizing analytical insights to identify opportunities and address business challenges.
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
- Ideally, 0 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
