- Handling outbound calls/Inbound calls to explain about the products/courses
- Generating walk-ins from fresh leads
- Consistently following-up to re-generate walk-ins for registration
- Supporting through mailing/ calling/ Whatsapp/ Messaging services

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Maintaining and updating the enquiry and walk in details workbook
- Proficiency in MS office (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook)

**Key Skills **communication skill, networking skill **Required Experience and Qualifications**

Prior Experience in counselling (mandatory)

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 to ₹40,000.00 /month
**Experience**:

- Counselling: 2 years (preferred)
