**Architect the Future, Line by Line (60%)**:

- Design and implement robust, scalable back-end architectures using **Laravel v10+**.
- Craft seamless and engaging user interfaces with **ReactJS** and associated libraries.
- Champion best practices and ensure code quality through code reviews and technical guidelines.
- Drive continuous improvement by advocating for new technologies and methodologies.

**Lead the Path to Success (40%)**:

- Manage and mentor junior developers, fostering their growth and development.
- Translate user needs and business requirements into technical solutions and roadmaps.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders across teams, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
- Proactively identify and address technical challenges, finding creative and optimal solutions.
- Stay at the forefront of web development trends and emerging technologies.

**Who You Are**:

- **8+ years of experience** as a skilled PHP Laravel developer with in-depth knowledge of object-oriented programming principles.
- **3+ years of experience** building interactive and responsive user interfaces with ReactJS and associated libraries.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering end-to-end enterprise-class projects.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Passion for clean code, code readability, and maintainability.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and effectively communicate them to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bonus points for experience with API design, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies.
