Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other teams, including product, sales, and customer service, to ensure that digital marketing efforts support business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in digital marketing.
- Analyze campaign performance data and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and leverage them to improve campaigns.
- Create and manage budgets for digital marketing campaigns.
- Work with external vendors and agencies as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience with analytics and data-driven marketing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Hubspot, Marketo, or Pardot is a plus.

**Salary**:
The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
