**Required Skills and Criteria**:

- Hands-on experience or strong interest in mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Ability to independently handle machine mechanical overhauling and servicing work.
- Basic knowledge of electrical circuits and ability to perform basic electrical troubleshooting.
- Willingness to attend customer service calls and make onsite visits as required.
- Ability to diagnose issues systematically and think logically to resolve breakdowns.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude towards understanding machine operations.
- Must be able to read and interpret mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.
- Familiarity with tools and instruments commonly used for machine servicing (e.g., multimeters, torque wrenches, etc.).
- Good communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to document service work properly and report back to the service manager.
- Ready to travel within and outside the region as needed for service support.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to resolving customer issues.
- Basic computer skills for reporting, documentation, and online communication.
- Prior experience in servicing industrial machinery (preferably sheet metal or cutting machines) will be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
