**Job Title: Insurance Subject Matter Expert (SME)**

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, regulators, and partners, to drive projects and address concerns.

Communicate complex insurance concepts effectively to non-experts.

Act as the primary point of reference for all insurance-related queries and initiatives.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Provide insights on underwriting, claims management, policy administration, and risk assessment.

Collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams to develop and optimize insurance products and services.

Assist in defining requirements, validating workflows, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Review and enhance insurance-related processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Finance, Insurance or a related field.
- Certifications in insurance domain is added advantage.

**Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in the insurance domain.
- 2+ years of experience in General Insurance
- Experience in health, life, property, or casualty insurance are added advantage.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and market trends.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms used in the insurance industry.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
