- **Someone who has been working as a UI/UX Designer for at least 2 years.**:

- Good balanced focus in both UX and UI aspects of the design.
- Exceptional design talent with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to look at things objectively and come out of biases to consider different feedback and collaboratively deliver the best solution.
- Proficient with leading design software like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Being able to make quick, high fidelity, prototypes.
- A team player with good communication skills and must have an impressive portfolio
